Returns :

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
A £5 fee for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Making a return is easy:

Download and print the pre-addressed return label. This is available in your customer account, under “My orders”.
Pack the item(s) and enclose the delivery note.
Drop the parcel off at the location indicated on your returns label.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, without having been damaged, stained, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of fittings), and must include the original packaging and all accessories relating to the products, such as packaging and labels.

Once we have received and checked your return, the refund will be made to the same payment method you used to make the purchase, and may take up to 72 hours to appear on your bank statement.
